On the first two questions, they'd be better answered by others in this forum. As for moving up to an 800, I have my sights set on the Kawasaki Vulcan Drifter. Its a beauty as far as I'm concerned, and once the 2001 models are available, I plan on purchasing one. There have been some good reviws of it lately in "Cruising Rider" and "American Cruiser."
